Due to a number of factors, some waste collections scheduled over the festive period could not be completed.
In some cases, routes were partially completed and others still await an uplift. We are working as hard as we can to catch up with missed and incomplete routes along with our scheduled collections.
If your bin has not been emptied as scheduled, please leave it out for collection until it has been emptied.
