Areas across 51³Ô¹ÏÃâ·ÑApp and Bute have been identified as suitable for protected green spaces that will allow plants to flourish and pollinators to thrive during the months of May and June.
Managing vehicle speed, and making roads safer is the work of the Council’s Project 20, currently looking at which roads in our area could be appropriate for a lower speed limit of 20mph.
Formal control of parking on Lorne Street, Union Street and part of Manse Brae, Lochgilphead, will come into force on Saturday 20 December to reduce risk to the traveling public while the A83 Lochnell Street is closed.
